Government Relationship Executive – IT & Non-IT (Govt. Clients Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible **Client Relationship Executive** to manage and support our existing client base, primarily government clients. This role involves handling both **IT and non-IT product requirements**, ensuring smooth coordination from order collection to delivery, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Visit existing government and institutional clients to collect product/service requirements and confirm orders (IT & Non-IT).
· Respond to client calls professionally and provide timely updates on work status, order progress, and delivery.
· Deliver ordered items to clients and ensure proper documentation.
· Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, or manufacturers for order fulfilment and obtain necessary authorizations (including GeM – Government e-Marketplace).
· Manage end-to-end tasks related to client service and delivery – from requirement gathering to after-delivery support.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
· Experience in sales, client service, or delivery coordination (IT/Non-IT products/services).
· Prior experience working with government clients or on the GeM portal is preferred.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic understanding of both IT and non-IT procurement is a plus.
· Must be comfortable with field visits and client interaction.
· Self-motivated and organized, with strong follow-up skills.
Salary: 15,000 – 32,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
