Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in administrative roles preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain documentation, filing systems, and internal records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications.
- Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking, leave records, and onboarding formalities.
- Monitor office supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and efficient.
- Handle basic accounting tasks like invoice tracking and petty cash.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rs Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
