Position Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, aggressive Marketing Manager to lead our Sales and Government Relations division. The ideal candidate will possess a street smart mindset, specifically tailored toward securing large-scale government contracts and navigating the complexities of public procurement. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic e-tendering and high-level networking with government officials.
Key Responsibilities
1. Government Procurement & E-Tendering
- Idea of the Tendering System needed.
- Identifying, analyzing, and participating in e-tenders (State & Central) related to infrastructure, fencing, and construction projects.
- Overseeing the preparation of technical and financial bids to ensure 100% compliance with tender requirements.
2. Strategic Networking & Liaison
- Act as the primary point of contact for Government Officials, department heads, and nodal agencies.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in PWD, Railways, Irrigation, and other relevant sectors.
- Navigate bureaucratic processes efficiently to ensure smooth project approvals and payment clearances.
3. Aggressive Sales & Market Expansion
- Execute aggressive marketing strategies to position our Weldedmesh products as the industry standard.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of the competitive market to identify rival pricing, product gaps, and emerging opportunities.
- Expand the organization’s footprint by traveling PAN India to meet stakeholders and oversee site-specific requirements.
4. Team Leadership & Reporting
- Lead the sales team to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Provide regular MIS reports on tender pipelines, conversion rates, and competitor activity.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 10+ years in Sales and Marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role specifically handling Government Orders.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Understanding of the Engineering Drawings..
- Industry Knowledge: Strong acumen in the Weldedmesh or Steel/Wire industry is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and "street-smart" diplomatic skills for handling government departments. Pleasing and Presentable personality.
- Resilience: Ability to work under pressure with a focus on strict deadlines and high-stakes bidding.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
