Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in IT services sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our technology and digital service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities for IT services, including Web Development, Digital Marketing, ERP Solutions, Custom Software Development, and AI solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, social selling, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored business proposals and solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business pitches.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Coordinate with project delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of business activities, sales forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Represent CodeAce IT Solutions at industry events, networking sessions, and business forums.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development or IT Services Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, digital marketing services, and technology sales cycles.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling IT services, web development projects, digital marketing services, ERP solutions, or SaaS products.
- Experience handling domestic and international clients.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
