Job Title: Jewelry Sales Executive-Jewelry-Surat-35k
Experience: 2 to 3 years in Jewelry Sales (Freshers can also apply)
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (20k - For Fresher//'s)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about products, including lab-grown diamonds, to educate customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Manage the sales process, including billing and order completion.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain an attractive and organized display of jewelry in the showroom.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any field) - English Medium
- Fluent English
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in jewelry sales; lab-grown diamond experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle high-value transactions confidently and accurately.
- Knowledge of current market trends in jewelry and gemstones.
- Trustworthy, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
- Basic Math skills for transactions.
