About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Tea Boutique Manager to lead our premium tea retail outlet. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a refined sense of customer service, and a deep understanding of luxury retail operations. This role requires someone who can deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales and maintaining brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily boutique operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
· Deliver a high-end, personalized customer experience aligned with brand standards
· Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual targets
· Lead, train, and motivate the store team to maintain excellence in service and presentation
· Maintain visual merchandising standards and premium store aesthetics
· Manage inventory, stock levels, and product display effectively
· Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally
· Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines
· Coordinate with management on sales reports, performance tracking, and improvements
Candidate Profile:
· Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or premium FMCG
· Proven experience in managing high-end stores or boutiques
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
· Well-groomed personality with a professional and polished appearance
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
· Background in tea, hospitality, or luxury retail brands
· Knowledge of tea varieties, brewing techniques, and customer engagement in specialty retail
· Graduate or equivalent qualification (MBA/retail management is a plus)
