District 6 Pub Brewery & Kitchen is a premium hospitality destination offering craft beer, exceptional dining, live entertainment, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and drive customer engagement, reservations, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business).
- Plan and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Create engaging content including reels, videos, food photography, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage Google Business Profile and online reputation.
- Increase table reservations, hotel bookings, walk-ins, and event bookings through digital campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, and online booking conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Events, Kitchen, and Sales teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Plan and promote festivals, live music, happy hours, corporate events, and special offers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, brewery, café, or nightlife industry.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
- Experience in content planning, influencer marketing, and online reputation management.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
