We are looking for dedicated Helpline Executives to be the voice of support for citizens at the JEEVIKA Command & Control Centre. What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information to citizens in Hindi, English, and preferably local languages (Bhojpuri, Magahi, Maithili, Angika).
- Record and update queries in the system for smooth tracking and resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the right department when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold organizational standards.
- Deliver high-quality service to strengthen public trust and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Languages: Hindi & English (mandatory); local languages preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and empathy under pressure.
- Tech: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call-handling systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling or customer service.
- Location: Must be able to commute or relocate to Patna, Bihar.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
