Job Responsibilities – Loan Manager (Gold Loan, MDS & Personal Loans)
- Source new customers and promote Gold Loan, MDS (Monthly Deposit Scheme), and Personal Loan products to achieve monthly business targets
- Conduct field visits and community outreach to expand customer base and achieve acquisition and disbursement goals
- Verify customer identity, KYC documents, and ensure eligibility as per lending norms
- Evaluate repayment capacity and creditworthiness for personal loans and MDS schemes to maintain healthy portfolio quality
- Coordinate timely loan disbursement while ensuring documentation compliance and meeting operational turnaround targets
- Maintain accurate records of gold loans, personal loans, and MDS accounts to support audit and reporting requirements
- Monitor repayment schedules and achieve collection targets across all loan products
- Follow up on overdue accounts and support recovery actions to reduce NPAs and meet recovery performance targets
- Ensure adherence to lending policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines while meeting operational targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive renewals, repeat business, and achieve cross-selling targets
Experience :
1–2 years of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance, NBFCs, Cooperative Societies), preferably in direct sales
