Job Description – Ballroom Sales Manager
Position Overview
Synamic and presentable Ballroom Sales Manager to lead banquet and event sales operations for Ballrooms. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, handling client relationships, venue show rounds, event coordination, and achieving revenue targets for social and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle banquet and ballroom sales inquiries efficiently
- Generate leads for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, cocktail parties, and social gatherings
- Conduct venue show rounds and client meetings
- Coordinate with operations and event teams for smooth execution
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure guest satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media inquiries
- Coordinate with décor, catering, and hospitality teams for customized event planning
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and event requirements
- Maintain proper sales reports and booking trackers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Well-groomed, professional, and client-facing personality
- Experience in banquet sales, hospitality, hotel sales, or event management preferred
- Knowledge of wedding and social event market will be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-profile guests
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in hospitality, banquet sales, hotel sales, or event sales preferred
Salary
- As per industry standards and experience

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
