Key Responsibilities: Serve water, tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, visitors, clients, and guests. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, pantry, meeting rooms, and reception area. Ensure pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, drinking water, cups, and snacks are adequately stocked. Assist in arranging meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings. Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic office support tasks as assigned. Collect and distribute documents, parcels, and office correspondence when required. Support administrative and housekeeping activities for smooth office operations. Maintain professional behavior and courteous interaction with employees and visitors. Report any maintenance, cleanliness, or supply-related issues to the Administration department. Requirements: Minimum 10th Pass (preferred). Basic understanding of office etiquette and hygiene. Honest, punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed. Ability to communicate politely with staff and visitors. Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
