About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physics Junior Lecturer to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective Physics lectures, strengthening students' conceptual understanding, conducting tests and doubt-clearing sessions, and supporting students in their academic and competitive-exam preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and concept-oriented Physics lectures for Intermediate / Junior College students.
- Explain complex Physics concepts in a simple, clear, and practical manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, worksheets, and question papers.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, revision classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor and analyze student performance and provide appropriate academic guidance.
- Support students in preparation for Board Examinations and competitive examinations such as JEE/NEET/EAMCET, as applicable.
- Maintain proper syllabus coverage according to the academic schedule.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide individual mentoring and motivate students to improve their academic performance.
- Coordinate with the Academic Head and other faculty members regarding syllabus progress and student performance.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic reviews, examinations, and other institutional activities.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- M.Sc. / M.Sc. (Physics) / M.A. or equivalent in Physics preferred.
- B.Sc. / B.Ed. candidates with strong Physics subject knowledge may also be considered.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills can apply.
- Prior teaching experience in Junior College, Intermediate, or competitive-exam coaching is an advantage.
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Candidates willing to relocate and stay on campus are preferred.
