Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive student enrollments, build strong parent relationships, manage community outreach, and enhance brand visibility through both offline and online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, content creation, social media management, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Generate and convert leads through field marketing, referrals, events, apartment communities, schools, and digital channels.
- Conduct meetings with apartment associations, school authorities, and community managers to establish partnerships.
- Organize and execute demo classes, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with inquiries, trial class attendees, and prospective parents to increase enrollments.
- Maintain and update lead databases, enrollment records, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Parent Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
- Ensure regular communication regarding classes, renewals, events, and student progress.
- Improve parent retention and encourage referrals through excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with coaches and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
- Develop partnerships with apartments, schools, daycare centers, and community groups.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion locations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Communities, and Google Business Profile.
- Create and schedule engaging content, reels, stories, posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Respond to social media inquiries and generate leads through online channels.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Assist in running digital advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
Content Creation
- Create marketing content including posters, banners, brochures, flyers, event announcements, and promotional materials.
- Capture and coordinate photos and videos of classes, events, and student activities.
- Write captions, promotional messages, newsletters, and customer communication content.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaigns that strengthen brand presence.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Relations, or Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in education, sports, fitness, children's activities, or service industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
