TeleSales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented TeleSales Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, explaining our courses, generating admissions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain academy courses, fee structures, and admission procedures effectively.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and admissions in the CRM/database.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the counseling and academic teams for smooth admission processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or Odia.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, education counseling, or customer service will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
