Job description:
Golden Abodes is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Post Sales Executive to manage client coordination after booking and ensure a smooth handover experience. The role involves documentation, payment follow-ups, internal coordination, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for customers after sales closure.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, accounts, and site teams for smooth post-sales processes.
- Handle customer documentation such as agreement registration, KYC, and possession formalities.
- Follow up with customers for payment schedules and outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns related to possession, handover, and postbooking processes.
- Ensure timely handover of units and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing customer reports and status updates for management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in post-sales / CRM / customer coordination (real estate experience preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Basic knowledge of real estate documentation and processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
