Role Overview
This is not a traditional administration role. We're looking for someone who supports
multiple business functions, including digital operations, document management, AI workflow optimization, customer communications, social media management, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate social media activity across Australian business channels.
- Schedule and publish content using digital marketing platforms.
- Generate Self and AI-assisted content for blogs, newsletters, and customer communications.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media channels.
- Develop AI-assisted response templates to improve response speed while maintaining a personalized customer experience.
- Escalate operational issues appropriately while ensuring timely customer updates.
- Maintain accurate digital records and operational databases.
- Generate regular reports.
- Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Work closely with leadership to optimize operational systems as the business scales.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in operations, digital marketing, customer service, or business support.
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools and practical experience using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High - attention to detail with excellent problem-solving capability.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote international environment.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks while maintaining quality.
- Availability to work during Australian business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with one or more of the following will be highly regarded:
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in AI, digital marketing, data analytics, automation, cloud platforms, or project management.
- Experience implementing AI into real business workflows.
- Experience working with Australian, UK, US, or international clients.
- Experience supporting operations within logistics, eCommerce, retail, SaaS, or
- technology businesses.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
