Position Title: Manager – Capital Markets

Role Overview:
The role involves managing end-to-end coordination with lenders, supporting fundraising initiatives, ensuring regulatory and covenant compliance, and enabling seamless data flow between internal teams and external financial institutions. The candidate will play a key role in strengthening lender relationships and supporting funding strategies for the NBFC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for lenders including Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, and other Financial Institutions.
- Manage lender onboarding end-to-end, including due diligence, documentation, legal coordination, and operational readiness in line with NBFC policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support fundraising activities by preparing lender proposals, data rooms, financial models, and presentations for securing debt funding.
- Coordinate with lenders for transactions such as term loans, working capital lines, securitization, direct assignment, and co-lending arrangements.
- Share periodic MIS, pool performance reports, collection efficiency data, and portfolio analytics with lenders as per agreed formats and timelines.
- Handle lender due diligence requirements including data submissions, audit queries, and ongoing monitoring requests.
- Track and ensure compliance with lender covenants, including financial ratios, pool performance benchmarks, and reporting obligations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective lenders to enhance funding access and optimize cost of funds.
- Maintain and update lender trackers, funding pipelines, sanction limits, and disbursement schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Collections, Finance, Legal, Technology) to ensure accuracy and timeliness of lender-related deliverables.
- Assist in structuring transactions and supporting documentation for various funding instruments.
- Support preparation of investor decks, board notes, and lender presentations for strategic discussions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/PGDM in Finance preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services, specifically in Treasury, Credit, or Lender Relations.
- Strong understanding of NBFC funding structures, including securitization, co-lending, and direct assignment.
- Knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs, especially around borrowings and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
