Job Summary
We are looking for an MIS Executive with 1–2 years of experience in a BPO environment. The candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel, basic understanding of Power BI, and the ability to prepare and analyze operational reports to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate performance reports related to productivity, attendance, quality, and operational metrics.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and reports.
- Support management with data-driven insights and trend analysis.
- Assist in creating basic Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Management teams for data requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, IF formulas, Data Validation).
- Basic knowledge of Power BI (data import, visualization, dashboard creation).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification in Excel or Power BI will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years of MIS experience in a BPO/KPO/Shared Services environment.
- Experience handling operational and workforce management reports.
