Job Description – Restaurant Manager
we are looking for an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff performance, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure smooth front-end and back-end operations. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to handle a fast-paced hospitality environment efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete restaurant operations efficiently
- Supervise and coordinate service staff and kitchen team
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and team management
- Monitor daily sales, billing, and cash handling operations
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Control operational costs and inventory management
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service departments
- Train and motivate staff for better performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer handling
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC (Depends on Experience & Interview)
Shift: 9 Hours (Split Shift)
Weekly Off: Rotational
