We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Typist / Office Admin
Key Responsibilities:
- Type documents ,reports, and other office-related materials accurately.
- Draft and manage professional email communications.
- Assist managers with administrative and data-entry tasks.
- Support team members with day-to-day office activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned typing and documentation work.
Requirements:
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist the team.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in typing, data entry, or office administration is an advantage.
- Freshers with good typing skills are also encouraged to apply.
