Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and visitors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain records.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about services.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Support administrative and office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and office software proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance.
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹8,602.65 - ₹24,002.99 per month
