Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Transformer Production)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification & Experience:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience
OR M.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Distribution Transformer Production will be highly preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and execution of transformer manufacturing activities
- Knowledge of Transformer Testing (Routine / Type Tests preferred)
- Ensure effective coordination between Production, QA, and TSD teams
- Assist in implementation of new technologies as per customer requirements
- Optimize manpower and manufacturing resources
- Maintain cost efficiency, quality standards, and production timelines
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of transformer manufacturing / repair processes
- Understanding of quality control & production planning
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in Transformer Industry / Manufacturing Unit
- Hands-on experience in Core-Coil Assembly, Testing, or Production Line
