We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer to manage student placements, build corporate partnerships, and coordinate recruitment activities for our students across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters for student placements
- Coordinate campus interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events
- Assist students with interview preparation, resume building, and career guidance
- Track placement records and maintain placement databases
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure placement readiness
- Generate new employer tie-ups and internship opportunities
- Follow up with recruiters regarding hiring status and feedback

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in placements, recruitment, HR, or corporate relations
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Experience in educational institutions or training industry preferred
- Ability to manage employer relationships and placement targets
