We're Hiring: Inside Sales Representative (ISR) – Customer Retention
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–3 Years

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Customer Retention Team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and retain existing customers
✔ Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
✔ Drive repeat purchases and customer engagement
✔ Resolve customer queries and complaints
✔ Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, Customer Retention, or Telesales
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, etc.)
Customer-centric mindset and strong follow-up skills
Preferred:
Experience in D2C, FMCG, Retail, Health & Wellness, or Pet Care industries
