- Knowledge of insurance claim processes.
Job Role:
Responsible for managing insurance approvals, claim documentation, and coordination with Third Party Administrators (TPAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Process insurance and cashless approvals.
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility.
- Maintain claim-related documentation.
- Follow up on pending approvals and claims.
- Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines.
