Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented After Sales Executive / Engineer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will manage post-sales operations, maintain excellent customer relations, and handle service contracts, spare parts management, and financial follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AMC Operations: Drive Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) sales, renewals, and execution.
- Customer Support: Handle customer complaints, manage warranty claims, and resolve issues promptly.
- Financial Documentation: Prepare accurate quotations and sales invoices while tracking outstanding payments.
- Inventory & Logistics: Oversee Goods Inward Note (GIN) processing and spare parts management.
- Reporting & Coordination: Prepare detailed after-sales customer reports and maintain clear communication channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or Technical background is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience specifically in After Sales or Post-Sales operations.
- Core Skills: Strong background in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Coordination.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
