Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations, specializing in in-house bakery and continental cuisine. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth kitchen functioning, high food quality, strong cost control, and an excellent guest dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain kitchen SOPs and ensure strict adherence
Manage food cost control and minimize wastageLead, train, and supervise kitchen team with strong leadership
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
Oversee in-house bakery and continental cuisine operations
Conduct regular food trials and innovate new menu items
Maintain hygiene, safety, and efficient kitchen systems
Requirements:
Experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end/high-volume kitchen
Strong expertise in bakery and continental cuisine
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of food costing and kitchen operations
Creative mindset with focus on innovation and consistency
