We are looking for a reliable and experienced QS-quantity surveyor cum Planner to join our Expertise team of SRS.
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor cum Planning Engineer
Education: BE / DCE (Civil)
Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and quantity measurement software.
Work Location: Tirunelveli
Experience: Min 05-10 years of work in the same filed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial building construction.
- Prepare BOQ, estimation, costing, and tender documents.
- Handle project billing, subcontractor billing, and commercial activities.
- Prepare project budgets, cost forecasts, and P&L reports.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and track progress.
- Verify drawings, specifications, quantities, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Proficiency in Hindi is an advantage
