University Partnership Manager We are looking for an experienced and innovative University Partnership Manager to enrich admissify growing global network of university partners and take international student recruitment within the region to the next level. Core Responsibilities • Promote admissify to higher education institutions as the leading market expert in international student recruitment within India and the broader Southeast Asia region • Build, nurture, and enhance relationships with higher education providers from key study abroad destinations (particularly the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland and Australia) • Craft engaging, creative, and persuasive marketing and promotional material geared toward building and enhancing partnerships with universities • Leverage partnerships with universities and higher education providers to fulfill admissify key targets and outcomes • Develop a growing professional network consisting of relevant international student recruitment stakeholders, not limited to universities (e.g., regulatory bodies such as AusTrade, ACPET, lEAA, ISANA, ICEF, British Council, CICIC, etc ) • Support key admissify India stakeholders in marketing and promotional activities, e.g., coordinating monthly virtual fairs hosting universities and prospective students • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and predictors, competitors, relevant publications and research, economic indicators, and apply these to strategies to promote company goals and outcomes
- Excellent professional network and connectivity within the industry, including higher education provider contacts in key markets
- In-depth knowledge and experience in international student recruitment processes within home and destination markets (with particular emphasis on the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland and Australia)
- In-depth knowledge and experience with immigration procedures and regulations for key destination markets
- Relevant experience in relationship building and management in international student recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible workflow with excellent time management skills and adaptability to changing job demands
- Relevant experience of 6 to 8 years.
- Tertiary-level academic qualifications (Preferred candidates with Masters degree)
