Conditions*
- The candidate must be agree to relocate at any district of U.P. / job location allotted/posted by company as he have no choice for their own or preferred district. उम्मीदवार को U.P. के किसी भी ज़िले या कंपनी द्वारा तय की गई नौकरी की जगह पर जाने के लिए सहमत होना होगा, क्योंकि उन्हें अपनी पसंद का ज़िला चुनने का विकल्प नहीं मिलेगा।
- Expenses on Accommodation and food would be beard by the candidate although the company will help to arrange the same. रहने और खाने का खर्च उम्मीदवार को ही उठाना होगा, हालाँकि कंपनी इसके इंतज़ाम में मदद करेगी।
- As the interview will held only in face to face mediumand no other/virtual medium so the candidate have to come at Lucknow for the same. चूँकि इंटरव्यू सिर्फ़ आमने-सामने (face-to-face) ही होगा और किसी दूसरे या वर्चुअल माध्यम से नहीं, इसलिए उम्मीदवार को इसके लिए लखनऊ आना होगा।
Require work experience, qualification:-
- FRESHER having good communication skills in English Language both written and verbal or min 1 year of sales of insurance or other related investment products.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA-Marketing will prefer.
Key skills:-
- Well-developed customer service skills and Excellent attention to detail.
- Good leadership skills and Effective delegator.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and Strong report writing skills.
- Great math skills.
- Adept with using computer programs such as Excel, Outlook, or other software as required.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job role and responsibilities:-
- Business Development of Branch.
- Regular visit to Franchise Offices within Branch Area.
- Capable to Gain knowledge of All Segments & Products of Company.
- Team Handling and able to manage them without disputes.
- Pressure Handling.
Salary:- Rs.18,000-22,000/- pm + Incentives + benefits.
