About the Role
Were looking for a sharp, idea-driven Visualiser who can crack high-impact creatives for real estate brands. If you can take a brief, think beyond the obvious, and deliver scroll-stopping designs under tight timelines—this role is for you.
You’ll be working on multiple real estate accounts—ranging from premium residential to commercial projects—creating digital-first creatives that actually drive leads, not just look good.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translating briefs into strong visual concepts for real estate campaigns
- Designing creatives for:
- Social media (static posts, carousels, story formats)
- Performance ads (Meta & Google)
- Landing pages & emailers
- Offline collaterals (brochures, site branding, hoardings)
- Working with:
- Project renders, floor plans, and site images
- Lifestyle imagery to sell aspiration, not just property
- Collaborating closely with:
- Copywriters
- Performance team
- Client servicing
- Handling multiple projects at once and meeting tight deadlines (agency life )
- Ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years in a digital/creative agency (real estate experience is a big plus)
- Strong portfolio with social media + ad creatives
- Solid skills in:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- (Bonus: After Effects / Premiere Pro)
- Ability to:
- Think concept-first, not just execution
- Understand what works for performance marketing
- Adapt designs for different platforms quickly
Good to Have
- Experience with luxury or premium real estate brands
- Understanding of Mumbai real estate market communication styles
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills
- Familiarity with AI tools for faster creative output
