Job Description
Agile Team Facilitation :
Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
Ensure teams follow agile principles, delivery standards, and organizational governance practices.
Promote collaboration, accountability, and transparency across product and technology teams.
Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Foster a culture of ownership, adaptability, and high performance.
Delivery Execution & Coordination :
Manage and maintain sprint plans, release plans, project timelines, and delivery tracking artifacts.
Partner with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is prioritized, refined, and ready for execution.
Monitor team capacity, sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments.
Coordinate cross-functional activities required to support delivery execution.
Escalate delivery risks, blockers, or resource constraints appropriately.
Ensure alignment between delivery commitments and organizational priorities.
Support program board and steer co content preparation.
Manage financial forecasts and actuals for projects in partnership with budget analysts.
Demand, Backlog & Planning Management :
Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and work intake processes.
Help define and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint objectives.
Facilitate dependency management across teams and shared services.
Assist with roadmap planning and release coordination activities.
Ensure work is properly estimated, tracked, and reported.
Support product owners on demand intake processes including updates in SNOW.
Metrics, Reporting & Governance :
Track and report agile delivery metrics including velocity, sprint progress, throughput, release readiness, and delivery predictability.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation within agile management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps and IT portfolio management tools like SNOW.
Support governance and status reporting processes for leadership and stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement through metric analysis and retrospective outcomes.
Ensure compliance with organizational delivery standards and operational processes.

Identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.
Drive action planning from retrospectives and lessons learned activities.
Support implementation of new agile tools, templates, and delivery practices.
Encourage innovation and adoption of process improvements across teams.
Help mature agile capabilities within the product organization.
Stakeholder Partnership :
Partner with Product Owners, Product Line Owners, Engineering, Testing, and Operations teams to support successful delivery outcomes.
Communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business priorities.
Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.
Education & Professional Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role within an IT organization.
Experience supporting agile software development and application delivery teams.
Experience managing agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog coordination.
Experience working with Product Owners and cross-functional technology teams.
Familiarity with application development lifecycle, testing, and release management processes.
Experience supporting enterprise application or digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge / Experience
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and iterative delivery methodologies.
Strong organizational, facilitation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Ability to facilitate problem-solving and drive issue resolution.
