- Recruitment: Handle end-to-end hiring, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding for forklift drivers, staff etc.
- Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, PF, and ESI regulations.
- Employee Relations: Manage grievances, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Operations: Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs.
- Meeting : Attend meeting in various Companies
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
