Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategies, and achieve business targets. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with production and purchase departments
