Marketing & Operations Intern

What you'll do:
- Research design, interiors, kids' decor, and social media trends.
- Build monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Call and qualify incoming leads.
- Update and manage our CRM and lead pipeline.
- Prepare weekly reports and present updates to the management team.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams to keep projects moving.
- Coordinate with respective teams for back-end operations
We're looking for someone who:
- Is proactive, organised, and curious.
- Has strong communication skills in English.
- Good commercial skills
- Is comfortable speaking to clients over calls.
- Loves social media, branding, and design.
- Can work with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic presentation tools.
- Is eager to learn in a fast-paced creative environment.
Bonus if you:
- Have worked with Canva or Notion.
- Have an interest in branding, interiors, or content creation.
Duration: 3–6 Months
Location: Mumbai (In-office preferred)
Stipend: Based on skills and experience.
