Any Graduate with four year experience in compilation of appraisal data for competency mapping; training need identification; preparation of training calendar, Induction Programme, implementing training schedules; assisting in organizing in-house and liase for outdoor training programs; managing records including attendance \ training history; monitoring small group involvement activities\Quality circles; conducting behavioural training at workmen level and assisting in evaluation of effectiveness of training. Living closed by will be preferable.
Pay: ₹129,122.08 - ₹400,000.00 per year
