We are looking for a Telecaller / Academic Counsellor to handle student inquiries for our software training courses. The candidate should explain course details, follow up with leads, and convert them into admissions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming & outgoing calls
- Explain courses (Java, AWS DevOps, Testing)
- Follow up with leads
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain lead data
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & Telugu)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in telecalling/sales is a plus
- Freshers can also apply
Incentive Structure:
- Monthly target-based incentives
- Achieve minimum admissions target to unlock incentives
- Higher incentives for exceeding targets
