Position: Telecaller
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Explain company services and generate leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call reports and update customer databases.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling/customer calling will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
