Job PurposeThe Admission Counselor drives enrollment growth by guiding prospective students and working professionals. You will act as the primary point of contact, helping candidates select the right IT, GATE, or engineering software training programs to achieve their career goals.Key Responsibilities
- Counseling: Conduct face-to-face and telephonic career counseling sessions with candidates.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries and marketing leads to meet enrollment targets.
- Course Explanation: Detail course curriculums, schedules, fee structures, and career placement opportunities.
- Admission Operations: Facilitate the registration process, collect fees, and manage student documentation.
- CRM Maintenance: Update student databases and track daily follow-up activities accurately in the CRM.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Arts, Science, Commerce, or Engineering).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Skills: Strong persuasion, active listening, relationship-building, and target-driven mindset.
- Tools: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet applications.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,831.21 per month
