Experience: Minimum 2 years in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24×7 emergency and IPD patient care under the guidance of consultants.
- Perform initial patient assessment, clinical examination, and stabilization of emergency cases.
- Monitor admitted patients, maintain accurate medical records, and prepare case sheets and discharge summaries.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for timely patient management.
- Assist in emergency procedures, admissions, referrals, and medico-legal documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with NABH protocols, hospital SOPs, and patient safety standards.
- Maintain effective communication with patients and their attendants.
Required Skills
- Good clinical knowledge and emergency management skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical documentation and hospital information systems (HIS).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
