Position: US Recruitment Executive (Candidate Relations Executive)
Fresher with International BPO/sales experience preferred (excellent communication skills required)
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST)
Location: Noida sector 63 (Work from Office)
Meal: Provided at office
Cab: Females employees gets cab facilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with US job seekers through calls and emails.
- Explain the 3B Staffing recruitment process.
- Resolve candidate queries and guide them through onboarding.
- Build trust and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Update candidate records and coordinate with internal teams.
- Achieve daily calling and onboarding targets.
Required Skills:
- Fluent English communication (Verbal & Written).
- Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in the night shift.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Fresher’s with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Prior experience in Recruitment, BPO, Tele calling, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
