Hospital AC Technician – Job Description (JD) Job Title AC Technician / HVAC Technician Department Maintenance / Engineering Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain hospital AC systems Check AHU, HVAC, split AC, cassette AC, and central cooling systems Perform preventive maintenance regularly Monitor temperature in ICU, OT, lab, and wards Troubleshoot electrical and cooling issues Replace filters, gas filling, and compressor checking Maintain service records and maintenance reports Follow hospital safety procedures Requirements ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred
Fresher –3 years AC maintenance experience Knowledge of HVAC systems Basic electrical troubleshooting skills Willing to work shifts and emergency calls Working Time Day shift / Rotational shift Emergency maintenance support if required Salary ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 depending on experience and hospital type Preferred Skills HVAC maintenance Gas charging Electrical wiring basics Preventive maintenance knowledge Team coordination Documents Required Aadhaar Card Resume ITI/Diploma certificate Experience certificate Passport size photo Bank account details
