About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and student-centric Psychology Faculty to conduct engaging online classes for Class 11 & 12 (CBSE/State Board) and NIOS students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make psychological concepts easy to understand through interactive and practical teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online Psychology classes as per the academic schedule.
- Deliver concept-based, interactive, and exam-oriented lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, notes, and study materials.
- Develop assignments, worksheets, quizzes, and mock tests.
- Assess students' performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Address students' academic doubts and encourage active participation.
- Monitor students' progress and suggest personalized improvement strategies.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus in accordance with the academic calendar.
- Stay updated with the latest syllabus, board exam patterns, and educational practices.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching quality and student learning outcomes.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and discipline in all online sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology (B.A./M.A. Psychology or equivalent).
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (online/offline preferred).
- Fresh graduates with excellent subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong command of Psychology concepts and theories.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage).
- Ability to explain concepts using real-life examples, case studies, and interactive activities.
- Strong online classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar online teaching platforms.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Classroom, and digital assessment tools.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and engage students in a virtual learning environment.

- Complete the prescribed syllabus within the planned timeline.
- Improve students' conceptual understanding and academic performance.

Working Hours
- Flexible, based on batch schedules.
- Evening and weekend availability may be required.
Compensation
- Salary/Hourly remuneration based on qualifications, teaching experience, subject expertise, and performance.
