Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential international markets and customers for pharmaceutical products.
- Analyze trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing ones.
- Business Development:
- Identify and onboard distributors, importers, and partners in target markets.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and business terms with international clients.
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by promoting pharmaceutical products.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all export activities comply with international pharmaceutical regulations.
- Coordinate with the regulatory team to prepare and submit dossiers for product registration in various countries.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Documentation & Logistics Coordination:
- Oversee export documentation such as invoices, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
- Brand Promotion:
- Represent the company at international expos, conferences, and trade fairs to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional material tailored to international audiences.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on market performance, sales growth, and business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to measure progress against business development goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical exports, international sales, or business development.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, export procedures, and global healthcare markets.
- Familiarity with international trade compliance and documentation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
