Job Description – TGT English
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT English Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate should be capable of creating an engaging learning environment that helps students develop strong communication, grammar, writing, and literature skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English language and literature to middle and secondary school students as per the curriculum guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Encourage students to improve reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Conduct classroom activities, debates, presentations, and language enrichment programs.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Participate in school meetings, events, examinations, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Support students in academic growth and overall personality development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or related subject.
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- Strong command over spoken and written English.
- Good classroom management and communication skills.
- Prior teaching experience will be an advantage.
