The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building scalable web applications using Laravel, designing robust APIs, managing databases, and delivering secure, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Laravel Application Development
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel Framework.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control systems.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
Database Management
Design, develop, and optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database migrations.
Ensure database security, integrity, backup, and performance optimization.
Manage Eloquent ORM relationships and database structures.
API & Integration Development
Develop REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
Integrate payment gateways, external APIs, and third-party services.
Implement secure API authentication using Laravel Sanctum or Passport.
Version Control & Deployment
Maintain code quality using Git and GitHub.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
Support deployment processes and production releases.
Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and project managers.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of PHP 8+ and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel Framework.
Strong understanding of MVC Architecture.
Experience with Laravel Eloquent ORM.
Proficiency in MySQL and PostgreSQL.
REST API Development and Integration.
Experience with Laravel Migrations, Seeders, Queues, and Cron Jobs.
Knowledge of Authentication & Authorization Systems.
Git & GitHub Version Control.
Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON.
Preferred Skills
React.js or Vue.js experience.
Laravel Livewire or Inertia.js.
Redis, Queue Management, and Caching.
Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Linux Server Administration.
AWS, DigitalOcean, or VPS Hosting.
Payment Gateway Integration (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Unit Testing and Feature Testing in Laravel.
