Job Title: Admission Head
Location: Thrissur
EazyLink Academy is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Head/Sales Head to lead our student recruitment and revenue growth initiatives in the overseas education sector. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive high-performing teams while ensuring excellent student engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and counselling team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive student enrolments
- Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure continuous improvement
- Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion processes
- Handle high-value clients and ensure premium service delivery
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead flow and conversions
- Build and maintain relationships with institutions, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to improve performance
- Ensure proper CRM usage and reporting by the team
- Maintain high standards of customer service and student satisfaction
- Drive revenue growth and achieve business expansion goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (Study Abroad )
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
