Thayamkery’s Royal Inn is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations, ensure excellent guest service, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out
- Handle customer inquiries, calls, and reservations
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Prior experience in hotel front office or customer service is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Starting Salary: ₹18,000 per month, and 20,000/- on second month onwards . Additional bonus depends on Candidate Performance
