We at BTS, are looking for a HR Recruiter with experience in either IT or Non-IT hiring.
Exp range: 1-2 years relevant
Location: Hosur/Krishnagiri/Bangalore
Work Mode: WFH initially until further update. (Must be ready to work from Hosur Office once started)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening: Find and attract qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and specialized platforms like LinkedIn. Screen resumes, applications, and conduct pre-screening calls to assess technical abilities and cultural fit.
- Collaboration with Team Lead/Senior Recruiter: Work closely with team to understand specific job requirements, forecast hiring needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Interview process: Schedule, coordinate and conduct interviews, which may include technical assessments and behavioral questions.
- Offer and onboarding: Extend job offers and negotiate terms. Work with HR to manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Pipeline management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
- Market knowledge: Stay current with new technology trends, products, and IT hiring market best practices.
- Employer branding: Promote the company as a desirable place to work and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Technical knowledge: Ability to understand and explain basic technical job requirements.
- Recruitment tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and various sourcing techniques like Boolean search, Advanced search.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong ability to listen, communicate, and build relationships with candidates and the internal team.
- Time management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
