Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in EPC projects and industrial process plants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in process engineering, preparation of engineering documents, P&IDs, process calculations, and coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams. The candidate will be responsible for developing process designs and supporting project execution from concept through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Develop process design documents, including process calculations, equipment sizing, line sizing, and utility calculations.
- Prepare process data sheets, design basis, operating philosophy, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Civil teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support EPC project execution by providing process engineering inputs during engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning stages.
- Review vendor drawings and technical documents for process compliance.
- Participate in HAZOP, design review meetings, and technical discussions.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting process-related issues during installation, commissioning, and plant operations.
- Prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and project deliverables within scheduled timelines.
- Monitor engineering progress and provide timely technical support to the project team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in EPC companies, process engineering, or industrial plant projects.
- Experience in Bio-CNG, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Renewable Energy, or Process Plants is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, and process engineering principles.
- Experience in EPC project engineering and plant execution.
- Understanding of pumps, heat exchangers, compressors, vessels, pipelines, and utility systems.
- Familiarity with engineering standards, safety regulations, and design codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary engineering environment and manage multiple project deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in greenfield or brownfield industrial plant projects.
- Exposure to commissioning and plant start-up activities.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
